Thus, unless you elect not to receive the premium issue, you agree that the length of your subscription will be shortened in proportion to the value of the number of premium issues published and delivered to you during your subscription period. Depending upon the length of your subscription and the timing of the publication and delivery of premium issues, you will not be charged for any premium issue if none are published and delivered to you during your subscription. As such, in that case only, the length of your subscription will not be shortened. After three years terminated accounts with a credit balance will be sent to the State of New Mexico, Unclaimed Property Division, less $25 dormancy fee.
